I am an Oracle, dedicating myself fully to the spiritual realms in both work and play.
It was bliss, but my body eventually went into a funk.
I felt overwhelmed and disconnected from myself after years of accumulating stress and heartache, along with sickness and initiation after initiation. I felt stuck and heavy.
I searched for solutions for years, aligning with various healing modalities to support my physical, emotional, and mental bodies.
2022 was the year I was called to step in fully, embracing the need to completely let EVERYTHING go!
Within that surrender, I opened myself to new perspectives and connected with gifted medicine men + women who provided quick and effective results.
I feel more vibrant and alive today than ever before, which inspired me to learn the healing modalities that helped me.
I felt a deep calling to support others in new ways.
Releasing and letting go of "weight" and heaviness allows us to feel lighter, move naturally, and experience life more fully.

Medicine Reading.
I am a level one certified herbalist with Herbal Academy.
Currently enrolled and working towards a level two certification.
I will channel the appropriate energy from foods, herbs, and nature during this session.

I am a certified breathwork practitioner with Soma+IQ.
What I love about their approach is that it is gentle, yet strong enough to clear stagnant energy.

Somatic Alignment de-armoring session.
Also known as a kundalini activation. (When the life force moves freely.)
I am a Certified Somatic Alignment practitioner with Somatic Energy Alignment.
S.E.A. provides deep emotional healing by de-armoring the body energetically.
S.E.A. integrates various techniques, including energetic trigger points, fluid movements, breathwork, and somatic de-armoring, to move trauma stored in our bodies.
The organs and specific zones within the body are cleared of unprocessed emotions.
By clearing our energy, we allow our true authentic energy to swirl around us, making us feel alive and like ourselves again.
My oracleness has allowed me to see "heavy" energies throughout energetic bodies for years. Working with and learning from S.E.A. allowed me to effectively compartmentalize and structure my ability to move energy in various ways, which was incredibly enjoyable.

Clearing Ancestral | Spirit realms.
Some NLP, somatic visualization, your spirit team will teach you personal techniques to maintain this session’s shift and continue to amplify it slowly.
I learned a few helpful NLP techniques to manage physical pain + well my spirit team and ancestors took over and we ran with it.
By using meditation and somatics, I establish boundaries, anchor energy, and implement soul retrieval/incorporation.
Together we plant seeds of intention in the ancestral and spiritual realms.
